Terms of Service
VSI Weekly Report is a research reporting tool for members of the Vision Systems & Intelligence Lab. It supports weekly updates, project records, supporting files and advisor review.
Accounts and access
Use your own Google account and select your correct student name. The advisor confirms the connection before student submissions are accepted. Do not impersonate another person, share account access, attempt to retrieve another student’s records or interfere with the service.
Reports and uploaded content
Submit material you are authorized to share with the lab. You remain responsible for its accuracy, attribution and suitability. Uploading a report does not transfer ownership of your work; existing institutional, sponsor and collaboration rules continue to apply. The portal processes and stores submissions to support the reporting functions described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload patient-identifiable information, credentials, malicious files or material whose storage here would violate research approvals, confidentiality obligations or institutional policy.
Saving and Drive delivery
Drafts and submissions are stored in the portal. When the advisor’s Drive connection is available, submitted files and a generated text report are also delivered to designated Drive folders. A successful portal submission does not by itself confirm Drive delivery. Check the displayed delivery status and contact the advisor if a retry is needed.
Keep your original research files and other required records. Service interruptions, authorization expiration or storage limits may affect availability and delivery. This portal is not a replacement for approved research data storage or institutional records systems.
Changes and support
Features and access may change as the reporting workflow develops. Administrators may restrict access to address misuse or protect the service. Updated terms will be posted on this page. For account, report or deletion requests, contact vsi.core.lab@gmail.com.
